My name is Joe, and I am the proud owner of Drain Doctor Plumbing & Rooter. Since entering the plumbing industry in 1994, I have dedicated my career to mastering my craft and providing top-quality service to the community. After completing my apprenticeship with the PHCC in 1996, I gained extensive experience working with a wide range of plumbing systems, from troubleshooting routine issues to handling complex installations and repairs.

I believe in leading by example—ensuring every job is done right and every customer receives honest, reliable service they can count on. When I’m not working, I cherish time with my family and enjoy relaxing with a good book. My commitment to both personal and professional growth drives me to keep learning and to deliver the best possible results for every client.

Yasmine serves as our dedicated office manager at Drain Doctor and is often the first warm, welcoming voice our customers hear. She excels at coordinating appointments, providing information, and making sure every client feels supported from the very first call. Yasmine’s attention to detail and caring approach are key to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Beyond her professional role, Yasmine enjoys exploring new coffee shops in her free time and cherishes moments spent with her family. Her passion for both her work and her personal interests makes her an invaluable part of the Drain Doctor team.
